    In the Optishop™ concept, we have drawn upon our 50 years of experience to create modular solutions adapted to in-store reality. Solutions that respond to both the general store concept requirements and the specific needs of a particular product group.

    Our core competence
    Our offer includes two competence areas:

    Merchandising: How to maintain shelf organisation at peak trading hours, while ensuring a full face display even at low stock levels.

    In-Store Communication: How to provide clear and precise price and product information and an offer that is both structured and understandable to the consumer.

    Customers
    We work with leading retail chains and brand manufacturers. Together with our customers we develop solutions that really work in the retail environment.

    The consumer is the starting point
    ECR
    (Efficient Consumer Response) includes the retail business changes that will make the product flow more efficient and create a better control of the demand, all with the consumer as the starting point. ECR has created new forms of cooperations between the brand manufacturers and the retail chains. The consumer is the common focus - the consumer is more demanding and knowledgeable and votes with her feet.

    Category Management is part of ECR and means that focus has shifted from the supplier to the consumer. The first step is to find out which products are the most important for the consumer and how the consumer categorises the products - all assortment changes are made with the consumer's best in mind.

    The offer from HL Display is clearly connected to ECR and Category Management. We work with the consumer as the starting point - strengthened shopping experience, structured shop environment, more attractive category presentations
    - and we take part in the cooperation between retailers and manufacturers.
